Refund policy
We apply a 14-day return policy and statutory right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition you received it in — unused, with all tags attached.
If you want to request a return you can contact us at info@loopwestcoast.se. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Loop Westcoast Vintage AB, Storgatan 25, 302 43 Halmstad.
We are happy to provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted if they arrive late or do not meet the condition criteria.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost of SEK 69. This amount will be deducted from the refunded total.

Damages and issues
Check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it. Please note that we sell second‑hand and vintage items, which means you should not expect products to be in like‑new condition; depending on brand, age, etc., the product may show various “defects” as a natural result of being used — which is also part of the charm of vintage! Please look carefully at the product photos as we try to accurately show the item’s condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
If the return is approved the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund so that it appears on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@loopwestcoast.se.
